Terms and Conditions of 9ygame – Platform Rules

Using the 9ygame platform constitutes full and irrevocable acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, as well as the Privacy Policy and the specific rules of each game type available on the platform. These documents together form a single set of obligations between you, the user, and 9ygame.

Acceptance occurs at the moment you:

• Completes the registration process and checks the terms confirmation box;
• Makes their first deposit into their account;
• Places any bet or plays any game available on the platform.

To create and use an account on 9ygame, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old. 9ygame is an adults-only platform. Users under 18 are expressly prohibited from creating an account, making deposits, or placing bets. 9ygame reserves the right to request proof of age documentation at any time and to close any account that does not meet this requirement.
• Be a resident of Brazil. 9ygame services are directed at the Brazilian market. Use of the platform by residents in jurisdictions where online betting is illegal is solely the user's responsibility.
• Be of full legal capacity. You confirm that you have full legal capacity to enter into contracts under Brazilian law and are not subject to any judicial restriction that would prevent you from performing civil acts.
• Not be an employee or contractor of 9ygame nor a direct family member of any employee who has access to privileged information about platform operations or odds setting.

Each user may hold only one active account on 9ygame. Creating multiple accounts using the same CPF, email address, phone number, device, or IP address is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all accounts involved, with retention of any balance tied to ongoing bets.

During registration, you must provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information, including:

• Full name as it appears on your official government-issued ID (RG or CNH);
• A valid CPF registered in your name;
• Date of birth;
• A valid personal email address;
• A mobile phone number registered in your name.

9ygame carries out identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) before processing the first withdrawal. At this stage, you will need to submit a photo of your government-issued ID (RG, CNH, or passport) and a recent proof of address in your name. The review period is up to 24 business hours.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials (email and password) confidential. 9ygame is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from the user sharing or losing that information.

9ygame offers Sports Betting on football — including Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, and Sul-Americana —, volleyball, basketball (NBB), MMA, UFC, e-sports, and more, as well as casino games such as roulette, poker, crash games, and slots.

Bets placed on the platform are binding. Once a bet is confirmed by the system, it cannot be cancelled by the user, except in cases where the cash out feature is available for that specific bet.

• Odds: The odds shown at the time of confirmation are the ones that apply to the bet, regardless of any subsequent changes. 9ygame reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors (clearly incorrect odds) before the match result, returning the staked amount without any winnings generated by the error.
• Live Betting: Live betting odds are updated in real time. A live bet is confirmed only after system acceptance, which may decline the request if odds change significantly during submission.
• Cancelled or postponed events: Bets on events cancelled or postponed by more than 36 hours are automatically refunded. For parlay bets, the cancelled event is removed from the combination and the odds are recalculated.
• Results: 9ygame uses official sources to determine results. In cases of dispute or discrepancy, 9ygame's decision is final after a 72-hour window for contestation.

9ygame accepts the following deposit methods: Pix, boleto bancário, credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and Elo), Mercado Pago, PicPay, and TED bank transfers via Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and other domestic banks. No foreign payment methods are accepted.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit: R$ 20.00 for Pix, card, Mercado Pago, and PicPay; R$ 30.00 for boleto; R$ 50.00 for TED.
• All deposits are credited in Brazilian currency (BRL — R$). No foreign currency conversion applies.
• 9ygame charges no fees on deposits. Any bank fees are the user's responsibility and vary depending on their bank.
• Deposits made with details that do not match the account holder will be fully reversed.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal via Pix: R$ 30.00.
• Withdrawals are processed exclusively via Pix, to a Pix key registered to a bank account in the name of the 9ygame account holder. The CPF on the 9ygame account and the CPF on the destination bank account must be identical.
• Processing time is up to 5 minutes after the request, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• 9ygame charges no withdrawal fees. The amount requested is the full amount received in the user's bank account.
• 9ygame may request additional documentation before processing large withdrawals or in situations where identity verification has not yet been completed.

9ygame may offer bonuses, promotions, and loyalty programs to its users. Each offer is subject to specific terms and conditions disclosed at the time of the promotion, including but not limited to:

• Rollover requirements (the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made);
• Bonus validity period;
• Bet types that count toward meeting the rollover requirement;
• Minimum deposit amount required to activate the offer.

Promotional abuse — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing bets on opposing outcomes to guarantee profit regardless of the result (arbitrage), or any other form of technical exploitation of offers — is prohibited and will result in immediate bonus cancellation and account closure.

9ygame reserves the right to modify, suspend, or end any promotion at any time, with prior notice to affected users.

By using 9ygame, you agree not to engage in any of the following conduct, which constitutes a serious violation of these terms:

• Creating or using more than one account, whether simultaneously or consecutively;
• Providing false, incomplete, or third-party information during registration;
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity;
• Attempting to access 9ygame systems, databases, or features without authorization;
• Using automation software, bots, or any tool that simulates human behavior to place bets or interact with the platform;
• Exploiting system errors, bugs, or technical glitches to gain an undue financial advantage;
• Sharing your login credentials with third parties or allowing anyone else to use your account;
• Acting in bad faith in any communication with the 9ygame support team.

9ygame continuously monitors platform activity to identify suspicious patterns. Detection of any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of pending bets, and balance retention pending the outcome of an internal investigation.

9ygame uses 256-bit SSL encryption across all pages and transactions, the same standard used by Brazil's largest digital banks. Credit card data is processed through PCI-DSS certified gateways and is never stored on 9ygame's servers.

The user is responsible for:

• Keep your password confidential and never share it with anyone, including anyone claiming to be a 9ygame employee — our support team will never ask for your password;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) in your account settings;
• Notify 9ygame immediately at contato@9ygame.best if you identify any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account;
• Keep the email address and mobile number linked to your account up to date for account recovery purposes.

9ygame collects, stores, and processes users' personal data as detailed in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. Data processing complies with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law No. 13,709/2018) and other applicable regulations.

The data we collect is used exclusively for:

• Operation and maintenance of the user's account;
• Processing of deposits and withdrawals;
• Identity verification and fraud prevention;
• Compliance with legal and regulatory obligations;
• Communications related to the account and to bets.

9ygame does not sell, rent, or share users' personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. Data is shared only when required to operate payment services or when mandated by a competent authority.

9ygame believes betting should be a form of entertainment, not a source of income or an obligation. The platform provides real control tools for all users, accessible directly in your account settings:

• Deposit limit: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly limit. The limit takes effect immediately and can only be lowered right away — increases take 7 days to apply.
• Session alert: Receive notifications when you have been playing longer than planned.
• Temporary self-exclusion: Block access to your account for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. Once self-exclusion is active, the account cannot be reactivated before the chosen period ends.
• Permanent self-exclusion: Permanently close your account. This action is irreversible. Any available balance will be returned after identity verification.

9ygame reserves the right to impose limits or close accounts of users whose gambling patterns are consistent with problem behavior, regardless of user request, always as a protective measure.

9ygame is not liable for:

• Financial losses resulting from bets placed on the platform, as sports and gambling outcomes are inherently unpredictable;
• Temporary service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, or events beyond the platform's control;
• Unauthorized access to the user's account resulting from the user's own negligence in safeguarding their credentials;
• Betting decisions based on information obtained outside of the official 9ygame platform.

Under no circumstances will 9ygame's total liability to a user exceed the amount deposited by that user in the preceding 12 months, except where Brazilian law requires greater liability.

Users may request account closure at any time by emailing contato@9ygame.best. The available balance will be returned via Pix once it's confirmed that there are no pending bets and the account holder's identity has been verified.

9ygame may suspend or close an account, with or without prior notice, in the following cases:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or unlawful use of the platform;
• Providing false information during registration or the identity verification process;
• Creation of multiple accounts by the same user;
• Self-exclusion request by the user;
• Order from a competent authority.

In the event of account closure due to a terms violation, balances related to bets placed through fraudulent behavior may be withheld. Bets placed in good faith prior to the identified violation will be honored as normal.

9ygame may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to the user by email at least 7 days before they take effect. Minor changes or editorial adjustments may be made without prior notice.

The version in effect is always the one published on this page, identified by the last updated date at the top of the document. Continued use of the platform after a new version takes effect constitutes acceptance of the changes.

If you do not agree with the changes, you must close your account before the new version's effective date and withdraw your available balance.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, including the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990), the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018), and the legislation applicable to the online betting and entertainment market currently in force in the country.

Any disputes between the user and 9ygame that cannot be resolved amicably through the support channel will be submitted to the court of the user's domicile in Brazil, as provided under the Consumer Protection Code.
